My Public Diary - SK2875

Oh Shit! The youghurt does not have a spoon! I was looking forward to using the foldable, disposable white plastic spoon. When I reached out for the youghurt in my packet, I felt the sticky glue where the enclosed spoon was stuck onto! Oh well, I will have to wait until I get to Stuttgart because I am not about to pick up my back pack from across the chairs; put on my jean jacket, so I can reduce the small pieces am carrying; unplug my phone from the wall socket and pack the cable - throw away the empty Narvesen Kaffe paper  cup all smoothered in fatal red lipstick since I couldnt care less, while I was sipping my morning wake-me up cappaccino!

I just looked up from across the seat and noticed a mid-age/ elderly couple sitting on the other side of the lounge. She was chatting away when they walked in. I gues the silence made me look up. She just leaned across smiling at her husband. Her smile is slowly fading. I don't think he could be bothered. She is lookong around, looking slightly sad but holding her head up with a faint smile. Her eyes look lost in the little space between us. God bless me with a husband who can listen to me. Well the old grey-haired man, ever since her last chatter put on his hoover headphones, not earphones pulled out his Mcbook and has been tortoisly typing away  evey now and again his head nods, almost like he fell asleep. It must suck, travelling with someone (internationally,  since we are in the international departure little lounge) to travel either so short or long distances with someone who could not be bothered by your murmurs, sweet nothings of just small talk....not that I like small talk but with my boo boo..why not! Maybe one gets tired of hearing nothings for say +/- 30 years of marriage...anyway!  I got distracted... today's blog was meant to be about my check in experience! Loud sigh..... she just stood up and went to the bathroom. He became alive all of a sudden. He is looking around, moving about, nodding his head, stretching his hands. For a long moment I thought he could be a manikin,  with slow elderly movements. Enough of analysing people I did not study that at Varsity.
